How long should sexual intercourse last?

The researches show that aged couples are likely to have shorter sexual act then younger couples.

Very often women are surprised by their friends’ stories about sexual intercourse that lasted all night long. But is it possible or is it just a myth? How long is an average sexual act people usually have?

A famous psychologist Brandon Ziech made a research and found out how long it should last. He involved different scientist from different universities and they asked 500 couples about the length of their sexual act.

It should be noted that men and women gave different answers. Some said that it’s usually about 30 seconds, other tell about 3 hour marathons. The psychologist understood thet people are not fair and decided to make an experiment. He spend a month with a meter in his hands trying to find out the length of the sexual act.

The result was the following. An average act lasts 5 minutes 24 seconds. Also he found out that elder couples make sex quicker then young couples. He longest result among aged couples was 3 minutes 43 seconds.
